Monthly Charge

The management fee includes the input cost for management, including the server cost incurred each month, and all other expenses that are incurred for normal service every month. (The costs of licenses purchased externally are not included here.)
The maintenance refers to maintaining the existing program so that it can be used normally, and customers' additional requests will be classified into defect repair and additional development.
The defect repair is set to deal with errors that have occurred during the provided program and is applied free of charge.
The additional development is a special request of the company, which is not specified in the estimate, occurring for functional changes and additions. It can be free or paid, depending on the workload.

*  The policy based on the above amount was created by minimizing the monthly fixed payment cost of early start-ups to reduce the burden and by considering the structures that can coexist with each other in the future as the company develops.
The server uses the hosting server provided by WebPro as a basis, and the management fee is the same when building a single server in the future.

  • 8. Completion management of the basic component period for the operation of a single server.
  • 9. Review securing operational stability for distributed technical use for traffic excess.
  • 10. Establish an immediate response system in the event of an error in the delivered program.
  • 11. Solving the problem through immediate use education after consulting with the person in charge when receiving grievances due to inexperience of the user program.
[Maintenance]
1. Monthly maintenance includes defect repair for the normal operation of the previously developed program(s), data backup for safe data management, and security services.
2. Maintenance (additional development) refers to the input of additional manpower to realize the desired data value and output through modifications and alternations on basic developments.
3. Maintenance plan based on monthly selection is charged in advance on the 25th of each month through automatic transfer.
4. When the type of maintenance is not selected, maintenance is charged at a separate cost. (Daily labor cost is 300,000KRW)

[Applicable regulations when additional development is requested]
When requesting additional maintenance, considering the workload of the request, it is provided free of charge if the workload is within the monthly paid management fee, but if the workload exceeds the monthly management fee, the software wage rate will be applied based on the previous year equivalent to the excess amount.

* Allowance for additional development is calculated separately depending on the level of development difficulty (high, medium, low, and best).

* The costs of other additional developments are calculated depending on the development schedule.

1. A contract period of 6 months is given for the application for maintenance service. When the contract is canceled before the termination date, an early terminating charge will incur.
However, the change of service type (upstream) is possible anytime within the contract period.
2. For the early terminating charge, 20% of the maintenance fee for the remaining contract period will be charged as a penalty. Ex.) In the case where you want to terminate the service of light type 3 months after the contract date: you will be charged [3 months * 300,000KRW * 20% = 180,000KRW.
3. We provide you with a 3-month warranty of light-type service (3 months from the delivery date) only when the maintenance service is applied for the related service.
4. After the basic 3-month warranty, 6-month selection-based service is contractible and you can terminate it before the service expiration date.
